Praying for the family that God will forever strengthen you ! Mrs. Linda was my 5th grade teacher whom I loved dearly. I truly thank God for her because not only was she my teacher; but she use to check on my grandmother Eva Lou Clark when she lived in Ashton Place beside her mother. Linda attended TCHS and graduated with our “class of 1966”. I last saw Linda at the Ashburn United Methodist church where she told me of her illness. She was proud of work in keeping the “class roster” up to date and always Had something good to say about her high school classmates. My sympathy to Linda’s Family. Harold Burch

Dear Dawn and Family members: I am truly sorry for your loss. Linda was a special person and an asset for Turner County. She has been a friend of our family, and especially, for my sister, Sara George. We had trips together, and she was such a pleasure to be with. I know this is difficult; however, please know that I am keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Stay strong. I love you all. Sincerely, Grace Johnston Gilpin

Annie Ruth, Dawn, Sandra and family. . . Shocked and saddened to hear this. I thought Linda was doing well. Our friendship goes back to 1971 when I came home from NYC. Linda, Buddy Crenshaw, Gloria and I started taking courses to update our certification. She has always been a special friend and, I know, a wonderful mother and grandmother. I will miss her sweet smile. Love to all of you.
