I was in the National Guard with Billy for 6 years. He was a close friend for years. We worked together at A.B.A.C. as painters. We lost touch when I moved away, but I thought about him a lot.Haven't seen his daughter since she was a baby. She must be in her 40's now. Sorry for your loss. Love; Eddie and Julie.
