Phil and girls, I was so saddened to hear of the passing of your love one. I have so many wonderful memories of her. She was more than a neighbor. She had taught Eric in the second grade at Sycamore Elementary where I also was teaching. She and I played a lot of tennis together and I can still remember our “ladies tennis day” at my house in which friends would come with their children and a covered dish and we took terns playing doubles. The children would swim and we had fun on the court. As the old saying: “ those were the good old days”. I will miss her but knowing that because of her faith she now resides in heaven with her Heavenly Father; I have a peace in knowing that we will see her again in the future. I will be praying that your precious memories will help to ease your pain. Psalm 23.

Phil and girls, So sorry to hear about your mother.She was a very sweet woman.I remember her always smiling and happy.I would babysit for her when the girls were young.I always would ask Mama how she was doing.I prayed daily that God would let her live longer because she wanted to so bad.
