Ireland family, please know you all are in our thoughts and prayers. We loved Mr. Joe with all our hearts and will miss seeing his smiling face. Eating at the Waffle House will not be the same without the chance of him coming in and joining us for a meal and a long talk. Love to you all.

Family, I was saddened to hear of the passing of your love one. He will certainly be missed. He was always smiling and had time for everyone he saw. They just don't make men like Joe anymore. Glynn always looked forward to going to the stockyard on Wednesday to chat with Joe and H.R.. I can still hear Glynn telling me about Joe offering him a set of hearing aids since he had several sets in the dresser drawers at home. It's my prayer that all three (plus one more), H.R., Joe, Roy, and Glynn are enjoying sitting around and telling those same old tales. You will be in my prayers and thoughts in the coming days. God bless you and give you comfort.
