Robert DeMello, 79, of Westport, passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of the late Carole (White) DeMello and the longtime companion of Beverly Morris, they shared 25 years together.
Mr. DeMello was born in Fall River, son of the late Charles and Irene (Amaral) DeMello and had resided in Westport since 1995. He was known for being a hard worker and was owner/operator of R.D.M. Realty, Tiverton.
Survivors include his 4 sons: Robert DeMello, Jr. of Westport, Kevin W. DeMello and his wife Joanne of Tiverton, Mark A. DeMello and his wife Cheryl of Tiverton and Kenneth DeMello; his daughter: Paula J. Cookingham and her husband Harry of Tiverton; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several sisters, nieces and nephews.
Graveside service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton at 10:00 A.M.
