Joan M. (Oliveira) Dupont, 64, of Fall River, peacefully passed away at home on Thursday, January 11, 2018 with her family by her side. She was the wife of Ernest L. Dupont.
Mrs. Dupont was born in Fall River and was the daughter of Gertrude (Cottrell) Oliveira of Fall River and the late Thomas A. Oliveira. She had worked as a floral designer for Red Velvet Florist, Fall River. She enjoyed music by local area bands and going to concerts. Most of all, she loved spending time with family.
Along with her husband and mother, she is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M.
Calling hours will be Saturday, from 9-11 A.M. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
Interment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Tiverton.
