Diane M. (Moniz) Ferreira, 51, of Tiverton, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 3, 2017 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of David A. Ferreira.
Mrs. Ferreira was born in Fall River, daughter of the late Leonard and Diane (Fortin) Moniz and had been a lifelong resident of Tiverton. She worked as a CNA for Ocean State Nursing, Middletown. She was a hard working person and enjoyed helping people in need. Family was the most important part of her life.
Survivors along with her husband include her son: Dylan M. Ferreira of Tiverton; her 2 daughters: Heather L. Ferreira of Tiverton and Haley M. Ferreira and her fiancé Erik Silvia of Tiverton; 2 sisters: Laura Moniz of Fall River and Jennifer Chesser of AL; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life to which relatives and friends are invited will be announced at a later date.
