My sister, Pat, just sent me the notice of Paul's death. I remember well what a happy, engaging, boy he was growing up. I regret that I never got to know him as he became a man. From all that I have read, he was a wonderful guy. I'm not surprised since he came from such a loving and friendly family. I am truly sorry for your loss.

We want to live and enjoy life with with those whom we love. It is only natural that we yearn to see our loved ones again. Christ Jesus promises us that he will restore life to many who have fallen asleep in death.  He states at John 5:28,29 that they will hear his vocie and wake up. They will have the opportunity  to live in a paradise earth. This promised future includes perfect health and everlasting life. Luke 23:43 Psalm 37:29 Revelation 21:3-5
