I am just one of countless PT patients Eric helped restore to the activities we love. Eric was special beyond words. His inspiration for life and art were embodied in his smile. He touched the hearts of everyone he encountered. My deepest condolences for his family and dear friends. Eric's star in the heavens will burn brightly and inspire us to aim to live as he did.

my sincere condolences to your family, Eric was a warm hearted and caring person with a infectious smile and he always had a mountain of bear hugs to offer. I saw him for PT and he had a gift that not many have and always a hug at the end of a PT session. my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

Eric’s compassion and persistency assisted me in rehabbing a MCL/meniscus tear in 2014. I will always cherish his nickname that described me - Manipulative Mary. My prayers are with his family and friends as you face this tremendous loss and live his legacy thru your lives.

Leo, and family, Lisa, and family. I don't know what to say. I really don't. Nothing I could say would ,,,,,,,well, I am sorry, ,,,,We all have a lot of history, growing up,,, I wish I was part of all the kids life ,growing up,, Todd, Eric, Ryan, Danyelle,(spelled wrong) sorry,, Jessica,,and of course ,, CHUMLEY ! Miss all that, I offer my condolences,,, but,, I am truly shocked,, saddened,, ya all will be in my prayers. I am just ,,, numb.
