Bill was always a fun guy to be around. I found his humor to be unique and a joy that is not often found in the office world of today. He will be missed as a friend and trusted colleague.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kenney, My condolences to you and your family for your tragic loss. Bill worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant with me at UTA during his first semester in graduate school for a Calculus 1 class, and we continued to be friends after that. Bill was responsible for establishing the UTA chapter of the Actuarial Sciences Club, which continues to thrive to this day. His energy and intellect benefited those with whom he worked. I will never forget the humorous conversations we had about Texas culture (real and imagined). He seemed to embrace us here in Texas and he will be deeply missed. Sincerely, Alice Lubbe
