Mrs. Cunningham, Chris, John, Dan, and Jim, I'm so very sorry for your tremendous loss. This picture captures perfectly how I remember him. He was one of the nicest and funniest people I know. I remember him walking Clancy down Montclair Street - Walking stick in hand and stopping to talk to all the neighbors along the way. He always had a kind word...always. He will be missed.
