This one hit me hard as I knew Lon back in the day. He was always so cheerful and polite to every soul that he encountered. I remember when he was a member of our football team helping to keep things in order eagerly supporting us for whatever the team needed. Lon is one of those guys you just don’t forget as he imprinted his positive and caring personality on everyone he knew. My heart goes out to the family especially Jacque my 83’ classmate. Rest in peace Lon heaven is lucky to have you. Obie Bailey

I'm so sorry for your loss, Lon participated in Special Olympics with my daughter she loved him dearly. He will truly be missed.
