I am ever so proud to be able to claim that this beautiful woman was my dear friend. She was truly a gift from God. She never judge you only had love for you. I am so going to miss our half way there lunches in Hood River. The art show and class reunions. But most of all I am going to miss our long phone calls. She is a very rare gem. True and beautiful. I will miss her forevermore.

I was fortunate to have Peggy as a friend and a valuable asset at the Franklin County FSA office. She helped guide many of us through the challenges of government farm programs. Always cheerful and caring it was very obvious that her heart was one of service and compassion for everyone she met. There are people that enter your life and make a change. We never forget them, Peggy was one of those. We will miss her but were changed for the better because of her. Remember and share the blessing of Peggy with others.
