I am so sorry for your loss. My parents Bill & Bessie Samons as well as my husband & I lived a couple of houses south on Steele Road and enjoyed knowing Phyllis. She was a great neighbor and I always thought of her as a gracious and beautiful person. Please accept my condolences.

Phyliss was very kind and thoughtful. She always had a smile. I am thankful she is at peace. Prayers to Pete, Ida, and her loving family.

I am so sorry for your loss. Phyllis and her husband were our neighbors on Steele Road at Prosser in the 70’s and 80’s. My husband at the time, Floyd Davis and I thought very highly of the Hoskins. My parents, Bill Nd Bessie Samoans were also neighbors and I know they are all reminiscing in Heaven right now. Prayers for the family.
