Joe was a great guy and was always willing to lend a helping hand to friends, neighbors and even the pets in town. His culinary skills, especially the cookies and other baked treats he shared with his friends and neighbors were wonderful. Anyone who needed help could count on Joe to step up. We will miss him. He was a good neighbor, friend and community advocate.
