To all of Johns family, I’m so sorry for your loss. John was a nice that was a perfect gentlemen with so much class. I used to see John walking with his Rottweiler and always wanted to talk with him because I had a Rottweiler that past. Then I got to meet him at the local 103 retires luncheon, he was always with his good friend Skip Murray. John always made it a point to say hello and ask me how I was. I will miss him, may he Rest In Peace. Lisa Velozo

I had the pleasure of seeing John at Dr Edgerly's office. It was always a nice way to start my day when I would see John as my first patient in the morning. He was so upbeat and friendly and I always enjoyed our conversations. I will miss seeing him . My condolences to the whole Dineen family.

I’m so sorry to hear about John’s passing. He was friends with my Uncle Larry Sullivan. Both L Street Brownies going for their swims and playing cribbage. They would go to the Hilltop for a late lunch and after my Uncle passed away he would take my Mum Bonnie and he would always attend my family yearly Mass. I would see him walking around Wilmington and stop to chat with him. I hadn’t seen him in awhile. He is now reunited with your Mum and his dog. He was a true gentleman. May He Rest In Eternal Peace Judy Giantonio Cryan

I met John many years ago when I became friends with Carole after meeting in an aerobics class. I became part of their family and loved them all. Carole was taken far to young .....and now John is with her and Moe, Brie and other loving pets from their lives together. Kelly and Kim.....I remember many good times with your family. He was a good man. When I moved into a little house in Wilmington John was worried about me and came over and put spot lights outside so I would be safe. He had such a good heart. And he also had a strong desire to stay fit but walking all over Wilmington. I also remember seeing him at Revere Beach swimming in the cold water...His blue eyes always shining. RIP John and say hello to Carole for us.
