Winnie was a wonderful woman and will be missed by all who had the pleasure to meet her or talk to her or have to conduct business with her. Winnie had that great smile and welcoming gestures whenever you entered. She was charming, communicative, and always aware of the important things. She could zing you and laugh with you, with the best of them. She was special to me! She lived a long life without her beloved Bob, but did an excellent job of raising their family as a single mom. She was to be admired, and to be missed by all who knew her.
