Norm was a great friend and I always very much enjoyed our time together. We had great conversations and of course shared a passion for Scottish history, heritage, and culture. I always enjoyed driving to Scots' Charitable meetings together and meeting up at Highland Games. I will miss my friend.

We send our condolences to the family of Norm. he was a fun and crazy friend! (a typical MacInnes! lol). we've missed seeing him at the Maine Games. he always had something to teach us about the Clan! at least he and JoAnn are together again.

Norm was filled with generosity, strength, and enthusiasm. He loved nature, and he worked hard in our fight to preserve the natural beauty of Rattlesnake Hill in Sharon. We often think of him and Jo-Ann when we walk there. May he rest in peace knowing that we won that battle.

Norm was a dear friend and "co-conspirator" made fast by glue of our shared heritage and by the great fun we hatched when we could get together - but, far too seldom. We both embraced the work and reward of leading our Scottish Clan association for most of two decades. I fondly recall JoAnn and my wife helping to steer us as we enjoyed songs, intense conversation, laughs and drams at Highland Gatherings and tours. He was a scholar and a proud advocate of all things Scottish. I will truly miss him.

Norman was the first MacInnis I met that was not my immediate family, but always made me feel like a brother. Always had a great time at the games helping in the Clan Tent. He was a wealth of information, and wisdom. He will be greatly missed. RIP my friend.

Norm and Joanne Hosted many Scottish Games and introduced my wife and I to a wealth of Scottish heritage. Norm was a friend and mentor. Norm was a "HOOT" and he will be missed. Barry MacInnes
