Dear family of Rich, I learned just a few minutes ago of Rich's death, and want to reach out to you to share how loved and respected he was by so many people, a number of whom (like me) never had the opportunity to meet him personally, but spoke with him often by phone and email. He will be VERY missed, personally and professionally.
