Dear Peg and family members, So sorry to learn of Joe's death. He was a remarkable gentleman and a wonderful advocate for those with developmental disabilities. His tenacious advocacy has produced many changes in the ways many men, women and children receive care. For Joe, life has not ended, it has changed into Eternal Life which will never end. May his good soul be at the right hand of God.
