Our deepest condolences to Dave and the rest of her family on the passing of Marie. We were lucky to have met Marie many years ago on Cape Cod and see she and Dave every summer there. She was a wonderful friend whom we would so look forward to seeing every summer. We would keep in touch through the year and share many laughs during our phone conversations. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. We loved her and our hearts are broken.

Dear, Dear Dave, (my dear classmate), Kenney Family and Ferraro Siblings ~~ It is with sincere and deep regret that we learned of Marie's passing. This is a huge loss to Dave, his children, grandchildren and Marie's siblings. It came as a complete shock to me, since we always email back and forth. In fact, I have a really funny email she sent me less than two weeks ago. I am so glad I still have it. Marie was one of the most upbeat, sweetest, most caring women I have ever known. She had an Italian heart bigger than the rest of her. I loved her warmth, sense of humor, and wit. In her emails, she spoke very little of anything she was enduring health-wise, unless I asked her - she said nothing at all. What a loving, selfless person she was. May God hold you up and strengthen you all at this most difficult time in your lives. And . . May our Loving Lord hold Marie closely to His loving heart. With love and deepest sympathy. Carol & Carmen Quintiliani

All of the Grants are sending thoughts of peace and healing to all of Marie's loved ones. Marie was a force of nature. The mom in the neighborhood we all ran to when we needed a pick me up or a loving hug. To me, she was a second mom, as I spent as much time growing up in her kitchen as my own. Her love and light will never be forgotten.

I am heartbroken to hear of Marie's passing. My condolences to Dave, Jean, David, Michala and all her family. Our family had the honor of meeting Marie & Dave many years ago, on Cape Cod. She was the Matriach of Week 30 (and probably 29 & 31). Such a fun, caring and generous person....who truly cared for each and every one of us. How many days did we just sit around the poolside, talking the hours away. Our friendship went beyond just our week; we stayed connected throughout the year to track all of our families happenings. You shall forever be the first person I think of when I cross the bridge. May you rest in peace Marie. You have left us, but are forever in our hearts. Love you.
