I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad seemed like a very special man. Over the years I have so enjoyed the beautiful manger at St. John’s and he built it and set up the Nativity scene! My whole family always loved it , including my grandmother! May God surround you with His peace and love at this very sad time. Sincerely,

Diann and George and family I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad. He was a special man. I remember the time you and Bubba went away and you asked me to keep an eye on mom and dad. Your mom made chicken soup and your dad was at Shaws. When he came home he was so excited because he got a sale on the variety pack of quaker oatmeal instant cereal. When he was bringing in the bags and unpacking them, He had nearly 15 boxes of cereal on the counter. Your mom said Tom why did you buy all of this. He said that it was on sale your mom replied we will be dead before we eat all of this. Your dad’s response was the birds will get it. That was his humor. He loved my cranberry bread and I enjoyed seeing him. Now he’s with the love of his life no more pain. My deepest sympathy to you and your family remember once by our sides forever in our hearts. Rest in peace Tom

I did not know your dad. Reading the obituary am so aware what a special couple he and your mother were. So close to following the will of our Master.
