To the Hoeg Family, John worked for me at Norwell Athletic Club a few years ago. He was an extremely hard worker always willing to help out or cover if we needed an extra set of hands. I remember being so impressed by his responsibility and work ethic for his age, which to me is always a reflection of how he was raised and the level of respect someone that age has for their parents. I know he and the staff, specifically Doug, had alot of fun and alot of laughs working together as well. I am very sorry for your loss, sending you strength and prayers. Kim Trapilo

To my Hoeg family, words cannot explain how sorry I am for such a loss. The last time I saw John was at his cousin Nick's wedding, where I got my first hug from him not knowing it would be the last. He sure did know how to make you smile and tried to brighten up the room. My thoughts and prayers are with my Hoeg family, always.

words cannot express how sad we feel at your loss I mostly remember little Johnny as a baby and toddler.my favourite assortment of pictures center around the yearly Christmas cards little Johnny sitting near a huge -brightly decorated Christmas tree holding tight to his little sisters, naturally a huge smile. Vivid bright red and green Christmas outfits. But the best and last came in 2007 The card showed the Hoeg kids dressed up in Halloween costumes witches and the like...with painted green faces.Still young John surrounded by his sisters.Such a fun and loving family.I just loved it! your loss is such a tragedy John is at peace, may your memories be a source of comfort Uncle Frank and Marie
