Dear Parrish family. Please accept my condolences for the loss of Bob. He is a person that I will always remember with fondness for the respect I had for him and Ardeth. Together they showed me the importance of family as a young man with a lot to learn. I am most respectful of the way he succeeded as a very hard working businessman. I felt welcomed and accepted by the entire Parrish family for the few years that I got to know Pam. I have nice memories of the family gatherings in which I was included. Not only that, but Bob also hired me to work in the dairy bar, and gave me increasing levels of responsibility through my early college years. With that support I was able to emerge from college loan free, and start my career path without heavy financial burden. I will always be grateful for the opportunities he afforded me, as well as, that of my brother Artie. In fact, due to the sustained success, and growth he achieved with Crescent Ridge a second generation of Worth's were able to obtain summertime employment. Consequently, he was responsible many hundreds of people gaining employment over the years in a town like Sharon where job opportunities were limited. Mostly I will remember that he raised a special daughter in Pam, and have learned myself over the years what that means to a daughter/father relationship. Bob had a life well lived.

I did some business with Bob back in the mid-1990s. He was smart, tough, patient, and fair. A wonderful man. He will be dearly missed.

Dear Brenda, My sincere condolences on the death of your father. The Parrish name and family is such an integral part of everyone whose life ever included sometime in Sharon. That includes my early days with the friendly milkman in 1952, to the wonderful stops on Bay Road for the best ice cream ever, to the sunny morning when you and I first carpooled to Norwood Hospital. You always were such a special student and therapist. I know your father must have heard many wonderful praises about you and derived much pleasure from them. Helen Fine

Dear Pam, Brenda and Jim, Dana and Robbie, It is with sadness and heartfelt sympathy that I reach out to each of you. Our families were connected in so many ways over so many years - near lifetimes, in fact. So I will miss your Dad and his seriously robust hugs and greetings at church and the link he represents to my family for me. What a good guy. Blessings to you at this sad time, and I look forward to seeing you in celebration of his life. Love, Joanie
