Mansfield , MA,
He was a wonderful person with a very kind, sweet soul. He genuinely cared about you as a person and not just a client. I will definitely miss him dearly, so sorry for your loss as a man like him can not be replaced.

To Jim's Family Jim and I passed 'The Bar' the same year and tried cases against each other. We then went in different directions but came in contact again in Canton.and remained friendly. He was an excellent practitioner of the law. I know he will be missed by many. I WILL REMEMBER YOU ALL IN MY PRAYERS.

Dear Fitzgerald family members, I am so sorry to have missed the services for Jim. I learned only yesterday of his death. Jim and I were partners at Parker, Coulter, Daley & White. His office was directly across the aisle from mine when I first started with that firm. He was always kind and helpful to me. Jim was a consummate gentleman and professional. He was usually very busy at work on his workers' compensation cases, but he took the time to express in concise, strong terms his support for me when it mattered most throughout our time together. May God bless you all with comfort and peace!

Dear Karen and Arlene, I am so sad to hear of your dad's passing. I was his secretary at Parker Coulter in the early 70's before I moved to Florida. I always thought of him throughout the years. I remember your mother with kind thoughts as well. If you still have the oil portraits of yourselves as little girls (circa 1975), my mother was the artist. Blessings to all of you. Cindi Callahan
