Dear Donna and family, Our heartfelt love, sympathy & prayers are with all of you! I just learned today of Rich's passing - and I was heartbroken. Rich was highly regarded for many many years as a subject matter expert in a unique and specialized field. He was known ACROSS the country as a gentle man who possessed a wide array of skills and was always very generous in sharing his knowledge with others.
