Barbara. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Charlie was a true friend over the last 15 years. He was one of my first students to attend my constable class. I have enjoyed the many lunches that we have had together over the years. I will miss him very much. Les Victor

You are missed already, our dear Charlie. You were the glue that held our Lions club together. You always lit up the room. Your impish smile, twinkling eyes, quick wit and one-liners kept us smiling. Charlie was a true leader who knew how to assemble a team bringing the best out of everyone. He never sought personal praise, he didn’t need to be #1, just get the job done, without the'pesky details’. His membership started with the “Globe guys” and never stopped promoting Lionism. He brought his sales training to our fund raising efforts.“Always ask for the order” We worked together for over 30 years and enjoyed every minute of it. Who could forget our Giant Easter Bunny and how hard it was finding a costume that large. He understood the meaning of friendship, he was kind, generous and caring. We lost an angel loved by all. Until we meet again, let me leave you with an Irish Blessing…. May the long time sun… shine upon you. All love surround you. And the pure light within you, guide your way on. XXOO
