Sue will be sorely missed by everyone! I will miss her smile and sweet personality! She was the best business manager I can say I’ve ever had the opportunity to work for... as she was genuine, caring and selfless. My heart is broken because she left us all too soon. May she Rest In Peace in a better place where she will continue to shine like a bright star in the evening sky. Until we meet again... My sincerest Condolences to Sue’s family and friends.

My sincere condolences to Sue's family. We have lost a beautiful person, great friend and wonderful colleague. I have been blessed to have known Sue for over 18 years and will truly miss our long talks and times together. May you all take comfort in the knowledge that we will be reunited with Sue again and that she is resting comfortably in GOD's loving embrace.

On behalf of the Northwest team at Incyte, I would like to offer our deepest condolences to the Carnes family. Sue and I began our journey together at Incyte over seven years ago, and I am deeply sadden that she was taken from this world too soon. She was an amazing person and had a beautiful spirit, both inside and out. She will be terribly missed by all of us. A donation from the team has been made to the Fisher House in memory of Sue. Rest in peace Sue.

To Susan’s family - Please accept my sincere condolences on your loss. I am very sad to hear the news of her passing. I have known Sue for many years working together at both my previous company and my current company and she was one of the most positive, kind, funny and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. I was always excited to see her smiling face at our many meetings and I was so happy for her in all her success at our company. She was truly a great person and was taken from this world way too soon. She will be greatly missed. May she Rest In Peace in God’s loving care.

To the Family of Sue Carnes...Sue was a beloved colleague and friend. I will miss her brilliant smile and optimism daily. Sue made a huge difference to both friends and patients. She was a great help to my sister with breast cancer whom she didn't even know. I will always be thankful to her for that guidance. I pray you will all find peace in your time of sorrow knowing what a positive force she was in the lives of others.

You don’t know me, but I taught at South Boston High School with your mother for many years; all of us taught in the English Department. Although I have never met any of Anne’s and William’s children, I feel as if I knew all of them because of the friendship that I had with your mother and with Barbara Colbert. My deepest Condolences to all of you. I will send a donation to one of the organizations that are listed in the Obituary. May the peace of God be with all of you.
