Grandpa David, You have left us with a hole in our hearts which cannot be filled. But we will honor you by focusing on the joy and love your life represented to us. To Dave's family and friends: I share your sorrow, but also your happiness at knowing that enthusiastic, vital fellow. I had the privilege of working with him for three years at Radio Station WCHC, Holy Cross. He played a major role in bringing contemporary life and music onto the airwaves and into the life of the Cross, and I am not surprised to see how much more he did throughout his life. Dear Carol, Christi and Family, I am very sorry to learn of Dave's passing. I enjoyed listening to Dave over the years on 95.9 FM WATD anchor the news and host the Oldies Flashback Specials including those Beatles spectacular programs. I am so glad I got to meet Dave and his wife at the WATD 95.9 FM Holiday Party at the Barker Tavern last December. Please accept my sincere condolences and sympathies. My deep condolences to Dave's family. Though our paths didn't cross since graduation, my fond memories of Dave were never forgotten. When I joined WCHC, Dave took me under his wings and his kindness and patience has not been forgotten. I remember how quick he was to share witty humor with us and also remember how serious he was about the broadcasting industry. It was truly an honor to have known Dave and I pray that his family is comforted knowing how much he was respected.
