Jimmy was my high school friend from Cathedral and also knew my brothers. We had many good times....he even got me to shoot a few hoops a couple of times which was pretty amazing. Such a kind soul and a real friend to our family. Prayers for Jimmy and to all his family from the Canning family. Rest in peace, sweet soul.

I just learned of Jim’s passing. Jimmy and I were high school friends and pals in St..Ann’s Band. He was quite the trombone player. His sense of humor kept me and all our friends smiling. I regret losing contact after high school with Jim. A mutual friend brought it to my attention of his passing and this has really saddened me. Two years too late I guess. My prayers go out for his family.
