I met Rob through Jon Baird when Jon and I were law students in Concord, NH. Rob was trying a criminal case in the Federal Court here with William Kunstler. Rob invited Jon and I to observe the proceedings and later to join he and Kunstler for lunch. Both Jon and I recall that day as the highlight of our law school experience. In the space of that short introduction to Rob he greatly impressed me with his kindness, generosity and commitment. With the benefit of perspective gained over 30 years of practicing criminal law, I have a deeper appreciation of Rob Doyle. He was a rare person. My sincere condolences.

Condolences to the Doyle family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family. Psalms 147:3 says Jehovah God, "heals the broken hearted, and binds up their wounds." May God bring you comfort and peace.

Diane and family, I attended school from jr high through sr high in Riverside and E Providence with Rob. I just learned of his passing last night at our class reunion. I send my sympathy to you all, Rob was a good friend during those years and it was a pleasure to have seen him five years ago at our 50th year reunion. Judy Stenberg
