It is with great sorrow that I heard of Emmett's death. The following came to mind immediately: Teacher, Leader, Integrity, Empowerment, Encouragement, Private, and most willing to give of himself. He was the exemplar of all the positiveness that these terms indicate. His devotion to students, administrators, teachers and learning was well known. His family was the love of his life.
