I had the pleasure of meeting Rob at star speedway and grew up watching him advance divisions. He was my childhood hero and I couldn’t wait till Saturday night at the track. Many memories were made with a 12 year old that will never be forgotten. I’m now 30 almost 31 and every time I would see Rob at the track I’d strike up a conversation about how much he meant to me and thanked him again and again for all the photos autographs and the time he spent after the races talking with me.
