It sounds like he was a really nice guy who struggled with depression for many years. Having battled depression myself for the last several years I soon realized how much of a nightmare it can be. If anything Brendan is at peace now and free of depression. He got me my first job as a pizza delivery guy. Brendan knew how to make everyone feel welcome, and was a very inviting soul. He had such a great sense of humor, always cracking jokes whenever he had the chance to slip them into conversation.
