Walter (Sonny) R. Martynowski (82) of Brockton died January 7th at home under hospice care. He was the husband of the late Nancy Martynowski.
He was born in Brockton son of the late Walter Martynowski and Irene (Martin) Martynowski. Sonny worked as a bartender for most of his life and was an excellent cabinet marker. He enjoyed hunting, going to his hunting cabin in Vermont, fishing, loved his large garden, bartending at the Club National and Polish White Eagles and socializing with family and friends.
Sonny is survived by his daughter Cindy Garney and husband Jared of Brockton, (father of the late Richard and Terry Martynowski), his brother Robert (Chooch) Martynowski of Vermont, his sister Diane Arrighi of Bridgewater, 2 grandchildren, Richard Melchionno and Jocelyn Garney of Brockton.
Following Cremation, Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
