Heather Anne Delacth passed away on May 29, 2021, in the Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, California She was a musician and songwriter who had an amazing soul and cared deeply for those around her. She lived to serve others and believed that music is a vivid emotional journey that helps people find and create themselves in this world. Her hope throughout her life was to heal people and have fun doing it. Heather worked tirelessly to make others happy.

She was born on June 2, 1994 in Stoughton, Massachusetts to father Idilio Delacth and mother Ana Delacth. Heather attended Oliver Ames High School in North Easton, MA before moving to California where she continued her studies at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita. She graduated from California State University Northridge in June 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Heather was truly a light in this world. She loved anything that had to do with music, children, family, and animals.

Her love for music started at the age of three when she learned to play the piano. She sang in chorus throughout her school years and joined different bands, including a family with her father and another in California. Heather has performed in charity events, talent shows, and even performed for Cape Verde’s president. She recorded her own album recently and left it behind for all to hear.

From a young age, Heather was an advocate for children with disabilities. During her years at Plouffe Elementary in Brockton, MA, she became a role model for students withdisability accommodations. Throughout her adulthood, she worked with children on the autism spectrum as a behavior technician and a paraprofessional educator. Heather also had a special place in her heart for animals and worked in multiple animal hospitals. She loved animals because she could voice their concerns, advocate for them, and she felt that animals loved unconditionally.
