Obituary

James E. Bradsher affectionately known as (Sweet Pea) passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 15, 2020. Born December 10, 1935 in Roxboro North Carolina, to the late Eddie and Addie Mae (Smith) Bradsher. He graduated from Roxboro High School and later married his high school sweetheart Martha (Barnett) Bradsher, they relocated to Brockton Massachusetts where they raised their 5 children. He was a truck driver for many years. He retired from R. A. Levangie trucking, he loved fishing and being with his family and friends. Besides his wife he leaves to cherish his memories, two sons. Edward T. Bradsher (wife Jeanine Bradsher) and Kenneth L. Bradsher (wife Beverly Bradsher). Two daughters in laws Paulette and Lorraine Bradsher, twelve grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of other family and friends. He was also the father of the late Dennis (Boe), Darnell, Denise (Niecy) (Mimi) Bradsher, grandfather of Trequel (Boo) Bradsher.

Due to the COVID-19 State, National Mandate and for the Health and Safety of the Community, Services for James E. Bradsher will be held privately at the family's convenience. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery.
