Lea D. Bernard (64) of Brockton died May 13th at home under hospice care surrounded by her family.
She was born in Brockton, daughter of the late Elizabeth (Wheeler) Bernard and Joseph C. Bernard. Lea loved taking care of her cats and drawing.
Lea is survived by 2 sons, Joseph Bernard of Texas and Michael Giammarinaro of Brockton, 5 daughters, Kim Wilson of Bridgewater, Terry Giammarinaro of Tewksbury, Esther Veronesi of South Carolina, Lea Tibets of Norwood and Laura Bernard of Brockton, many grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Due to the COVID-19 State, National Mandate and for the Health and Safety of the Community, Services for Lea Bernard will be held privately at the family's convenience. Cremation to follow.
