George E. Patukonis (70) of Brockton passed peacefully on December 9th after a two year battle with occupational cancer. He was the loving husband of Carol (Gallo) Patukonis.
George was born in Boston, son of the late Peter and Helen (Pechultis) Patukonis. George was a veteran and served in the US Army during the Vietnam Conflict. He was also a Boston Firefighter who served in the Department for 42 years.
Survived by a son Robert, daughters, Kimberly and Pamela, grandchildren, Mike and his wife Teresa, Krysta, Skylar, Sarah, Eric, Nick, Chris and Joe, also many great grandchildren.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Georges name to St. Jude's Research Hospital.
