Obituary

Dikens Sanon (28) loving son, father, brother, cousin died on May 19th, 2017 in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Dikens also known as “Kenken” to his immediate family was born in Port-au-Prince, Haïti on July 30th, 1988 to the late Jean Claude Sanon and Ketly (Desgrave) Sanon. He migrated to the United States in 1999. Dikens was loved by his families and his daughters (Kataysha and Neveah). He had a very close relationship with his older brother Raoul Sanon.

His surviving family members are numerous but mainly include his mother Ketly (Desgraves) Sanon), his daughters; Kaytasha and Neveah Sanon, his six living siblings: Eddy Sanon, Ednel Sanon, Ginel Sanon, Raoul Sanon, Kettlene Janvier, Marie Claude Dieudonne; his nieces and nephews: Sadrac Jean Baptiste, Tyreke Sanon, Sean Sanon, Nehemiah Sanon, Teddy Sanon, Nelly Claude Dieudonne, Erika Janvier, Kellianna Janvier, Terrence Sanon, Tyrese Sanon, Nevih Sanon, Alisha Sanon, Josiah Janvier, Nelson Dieudonne, Nelisha Dieudonne and Eddyson Sanon; his aunts and uncles: Lucie Pamphile, Jeanette Bernard, Gerard Sanon, Endréuis Sanon, Joseph Sanon, Jean Sanon and Dumace Sanon; numerous beloved cousins, in-laws, and friends that became family.The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support in many heart-felt forms from too many people to name individually, but including Jean Claude and Jeannette Bernard, Lucie Pamphile, Joseph and Lucida Sanon, the members of the Church of Brockton Haitian Christian Church, Pastor Roland Rodene and wife Mona Rodene, Rigaud Janvier, Finel Dieudonne, Patrick and Dominique Etienne, Elsie Ambroise, Guerline Ulysse, Claudette Sanon, Berdine Sanon, William Pamphile, Wilbert Pamphile, Marie-Ange Pamphile and Dulix Pamphile, Martin Louisson, Rose Sanon, countless friends of the families and either through prayers or visits, neighbors, and even random acts of kindness through total “strangers". Sincere condolences to the families of Sanon, Dieudonne, Janvier, Desgrave, Bernard, Pamphile and Etienne.

Funeral Services will be held in the Brockton Tabernacle Church 696 North Main Street Brockton Saturday June 3rd at 9 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery 88 North Pearl Street Brockton. Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Friday June 2nd from 6-9 pm.
