Frank was born and raised in Little Falls, NY and graduated from Little Falls High School in 1953. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1954 and proudly served aboard the USS Spangler DE 696, a destroyer escort, earning an Honorable discharge in 1958. Frank and Tony would often spend hours on the phone chatting. Frank was most proud of his family. He would often stop and chat with anyone and always talked about how proud he was of them.
