Kimberly J. Adams, 45

Dateline: Norton, MA

Kimberly J. Adams, age 45, of Norton, passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. She was the beloved wife of Sean R. DeMayo.

Born in Boston, MA on March 12, 1979, she was a loving daughter of Richard W. and Kathleen A. (Horgan) Adams of West Roxbury.

Kim grew up in the West Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. She attended St Theresa’s of Avila Elementary School and was a 1997 graduate of Alvernia High School in Newton. While growing up, Kim played soccer, softball and basketball.

Following graduation, Kim began an apprenticeship with the IBEW Local 103 in Boston and was employed for over twenty years as a Union Electrician for Local 103. Kim’s family was truly the focal point of her life and as a mother, she was second to none. A member of the Moms Club of Norton and Norton NEED, Kim also worked as a “Lunch Mom” in the Norton School System. She had made her home in Norton for the past nine years and enjoyed family vacations while creating lifelong memories in Maine and New Hampshire.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by her devoted and treasured sons Aidan R. DeMayo, Cole A. DeMayo and Ryan DeMayo, all of Norton. She was the dear sister of Sean R. Adams and his wife Lisa of Abington. She was the cherished aunt of Connor Adams of Abington. She was the much-loved niece of John Horgan and his wife Barbara of Billerica. She is also survived by her loving cousins: Debra Cross, Patricia Cross, Scott Horgan and his wife Kori, Kristin Unger and her husband David and Nicole Masterson.

Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, April 19th from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the Norton Memorial Funeral Home, 19 Clapp Street (Off Route 140, Taunton Avenue) Norton. Burial will be private.
