Wayne R. Newcomb, 76, of Allenstown, NH, died Friday, March 29, 2024 in Granite VNA Hospice House, Concord, NH. Wayne was born on November 18, 1947 in Derry, NH, a son of Omer and Renza (Chaplin) Newcomb. He had been a resident of Allenstown for the past 23 years, formerly living in Derry, NH.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary (Horton) Newcomb of Allenstown; daughter, Lisa Newcomb of Derry; two sons, Richard Newcomb, and Michael Newcomb, both of Allenstown; three grandchildren; Desirea Bourbeau and her husband Kyle Bourbeau, Cassandra Johnston, and Alexis Newcomb, three great-grandchildren; Lincoln Bourbeau, Sage Bourbeau, and Mateo Pinet, as well as several nieces and nephews. Wayne is predeceased by his siblings; Basil Newcomb, Neil Newcomb, Beryl Miller and Linda Phelps.
Calling hours will be held on Monday April 8, 2024 from 6 – 8 pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday April 9th at 10:00 am at Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry Road, East Derry. Memorial contributions may be made to Mary Newcomb to assist with expenses.
