Laura Palmariello, a resident of Stoneham, passed away at the Life Care Center in Stoneham on Monday, March 25, 2024. She was 96 years old.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, on June 17, 1927, she was the beloved daughter of the late Pasquale and Guiseppina (Polcaro) Palmariello. Laura was predeceased by her nine siblings; Carmella Palmariello, Margaret Sapochetti, Domenic Palmariello, Pasquale Palmariello, Joseph Palmariello, Alfred Palmariello, Mary Palmariello, Josephine Palmariello and Irene Palmariello. She is survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, great grand-nieces and great grand-nephews.
Laura was an employee of Sparks, where she had fun working with her childhood friends from the North End. In her spare time, Laura enjoyed cooking, cleaning, nurturing animals, listening to Frank Sinatra music, and keeping up with current events. Her greatest joy was hosting large family gatherings.
