Jeffrey S. Lee, age 63, of Chelmsford, formerly of Haverhill, passed away on March 12, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with several illnesses. He was the beloved husband for 17 years of Lucy A. Maiullari.
Born in Haverhill, Jeff was the son of the late Joseph and Brenda (Sheehy) Lee. He was raised in Haverhill and graduated from Haverhill High School in 1978 and continued on to UMass Amherst.
Jeff worked at several places over the years including Veryfine, Hadco, Raytheon and Sanmina. He went on to join the Town of Pepperell, where he worked for many years as a Wastewater Treatment Operator until his retirement.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed reading and listening to audiobooks. He enjoyed watching documentaries, reality tv and sports. He also loved trivia and music, especially from the 70’s, and could always be found walking his dog Cooper. He ran a family Fantasy Football League, enjoyed game nights and simply treasured being around his family and friends. Despite his many illnesses and ailments, his positive outlook never wavered. He remained kind and easy right up until his peaceful passing.
In addition to his wife Lucy, Jeff is lovingly survived by his children: Jared Lee and his partner Stefanie Tetrault of Sandown, NH, Aysha Lee of Haverhill, Trevor Lee and his partner Ariana Sanchez, also of Haverhill, and his stepson, Daniel Green of Waltham. He leaves behind many nieces, nephews and loving in-laws in the Maiullari family. He also leaves behind his best little friend Cooper.
