Phyllis M. Brillant, 95, of Londonderry passed away Saturday March 9, 2024, at All American Assisted Living of Londonderry, NH, after a period of declining health. Phyllis was born March 30, 1928 in Beverly, MA and was a daughter of the late Maynard and Gladys (Mangold) Moore. Phyllis was raised and educated in Beverly and was a graduate of Beverly High School in 1945.
Phyllis was employed by Beverly Hospital for over 22 years as the Director of Central Registration. She loved to play cards, and cherished the time she was able to spend with her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Phyllis will long be remembered for whistling her way through All-American Assisted living, as she went through her day.
Members of the family include four children and their spouses, David P. & Helen Brillant, Mark A. & Patricia Brillant, Donna M. & Francis McNamarra and Suzanne & Robert Raposo, 14 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and one sister, Janice Wheeler. Phyllis was predeceased by her beloved husband of 70 years, Roger D. Brillant on 2019, a daughter, Loree R. Luis in 2021, two brothers, Donald W. Moore, and Maynard N. Moore, Jr. and three sisters, Arlene Trask, Hazel McKenzie and Judith Ingalls.
After cremation, friends may call on Wednesday March 13, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at St. Mark the Evangelist Parish, 1 South Road, Londonderry, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at 3:00 pm at the NH State Veterans Cemetery of Boscawen, NH.
