Victor Vargas-Ortiz 68, of Hartford CT. Passed away at Hartford Hospital on Tuesday March 5, 2024. He was born in Humacao Puerto Rico on April 18, 1955, son to Cruz Vargas and Ramon Ortiz. He was survived by his son Victor Vargas. He leaves behind his sisters Naomy, Diane and Ivina and his beloved grandchildren.
