Mary Beth (Mann) Grissom

Mary Beth (Mann) Grissom, 63, of Anderson passed away on March 3, 2024 at Ascension St. Vincent Anderson following a brief illness.
She was born on August 2, 1960 in Anderson to Robert Mann Sr. and Mary Ruth (Maring) Mann. She worked in food service industry for over 26 years.
She attended New Beginnings Church and enjoyed going to Bible study. She loved her family especially watching her grandson’s race and play sports and her granddaughter’s perform in show choir. She loved shopping, butterflies, hummingbirds and the color purple.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Roy Grissom Sr. of Anderson whom she married on September 18, 1977 in Anderson; three children, Jennifer (Bryan) Adams, Roy Grissom Jr, and Anthony “Tony” Grissom (Bobbi Jo); eight grandchildren, Kendra (Dakota), Jordan (Sierra), Kiley, Brooklyn, Little Bryan, Colin (Ava), Hannah, and Wyatt; a great-granddaughter, Gracelyn; six siblings, Roger Mann, Joann (Tim) Bloyd, Rod (Mary) Mann, Pam (Jerry) Purdue, Francie (Mark) Murdock, and Missy Harper; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Christopher Mann; and 3 brothers, Larry Mann, Gary Mann, and Robert “Bobby” Mann Jr.
Funeral service will be at 1:00pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. Gary Marcum officiating.
Visitation will be from 12:00pm -1:00pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Grissom Family.
