Obituary

Lori A. Faulk, 62, from Prosser, peacefully passed away at home on February 2, 2024. Born in Renton, Washington, on April 20, 1961, to Alfred and Bonnie Hutton, Lori spent her early years there before moving to Grandview in 1976. She graduated high school in Grandview in 1979. Lori and Everett “Sonny” Faulk met in fall 1976, became high school sweethearts, and wed on March 1, 1980. Lori embraced the role of a homemaker and mother, later taking up employment once her children began their schooling.

Family was the cornerstone of Lori's life, evident in the joy she found in hosting Sunday family dinners and engaging in outdoor activities like camping and boating. She was also active in her community group, Beta Sigma Phi International, Preceptor Omicron chapter. Lori's enthusiasm as a Seattle Seahawks fan was well-known among her friends and family.

Lori is lovingly remembered by her husband Sonny, after 43 years together; sons Nicholas (Carly) and Ryan (Adrianna) Faulk; daughter Courtney (Humberto) Rodriguez; and eight grandchildren: Max, Ellie, Skylar, Cruz, Monroe, Dominik, Lilly, and Dayton. She also leaves behind her mother Bonnie Hutton, sisters Sandie (Jim) Mercer and Lyn Carone, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Hutton.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Desert Wind Winery on February 15th, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Donations in Lori’s memory can be made to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Care. For messages to the family, please visit www.Prosserfuneralhome.com
