O’Connor, Edward T. (“Ted”) of Cohasset, formerly of Wellesley, passed away January 31, 2024. Loving father of Scout Pippy O’Connor (12) and Campbell Ruth O’Connor (10) of Scituate. Survived by his daughters; by Robert J. O’Connor, Jr. of Needham, his brother; and by Kristin Scott, the mother of Scout and Campbell, of Scituate. Devoted uncle to Liam Phelps O’Connor and Brigid Phelps O’Connor.
Born to Robert J. O’Connor and Theodora R. O’Connor (“Pippy”) and raised in Wellesley. Graduate of The Roxbury Latin School, Class of 1988, and Trinity College in Hartford, CT, Class of 1992. Life-long athlete; kicker for Roxbury Latin and Trinity College varsity football teams; loved fishing, Bruce Springsteen, and most of all spending time with his girls. Devoted to his clients and friends; survived by many cousins in the Rooney and O’Connor families.

Visiting hours Monday, February 5, 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rt. 16), Wellesley. Funeral Mass in St. Paul’s Church, Wellesley on Tuesday, February 6 at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Holyhood Cemetery, Brookline.
